Mac: Plugin is Damaged & Won’t Allow Installation

I'm on Mac using Big Sur, Rhino 7. I am not able to install or even open the plugin. The Finder indicates it is damaged and immediately puts it in the trash. I've tried to right click and "open" but haven't had any luck.
